I believe the advertised fee, with insurance, for a RAPID test is **$75.00. This test goes into both nostrils but is quite shallow; after the sample is taken, you get a report (positive or negative) in 15 minutes or so. **$200.00 Without insurance (or without insurance accepted by AFC) I have a Medicare Advantage plan that they didn't accept (*nobody* takes WellCare on Long Island...) and paid the $200.00, they said that some insurance companies have reimbursed for tests after patients sent an itemized receipt (the bill/invoice arrives a week or two after the visit so I'll give it a shot later this month)
