Pictured is the Escape Engine dark lager that is very unique and enjoyable to drink. Many of their beers have a higher alcohol percentage Although I did not order food here, the burgers looked amazing. Nice, smaller brewery atmosphere. Crowd is a good mix. The team here does a nice job and have pride in their work.

Keepin’ It Real

We tour the area checking out all non-chain establishments especially craft beer businesses and this was our final stop. Small, simple place but for some reason has a good, friendly vibe. Two bartenders were more than friendly, engaging and helpful. No intention of eating but we did and ordered the Burger Oscar with fries. Absolutely delicious as were the beers. Place is nothing pretentious and totally comfortable. Would return and do recommend.

Love love love this brew pub. We get takeout from Nine Giant as much as possible--their specials are innovative and delicious along with their beers. My seven-year-old eats two cheeseburgers at a time. My four-year-old would swim in the fries if he could. The employees are kind and thoughtful. One of the best spots in Cincinnati.

Beers....Uptown Avondale stout and Light Years festbier were excellent. The stout was not sweet, that's good! Pesto pasta with chicken was good, very hearty and filling, but not exciting. Caramelized brussel sprouts were amazing!!!!! They were exciting. The lemon juice and grain mustard (on the side) gave the sweet caramelized flavor an exciting bite, a zest, that I want to come back for, asking with the beers. The windows were wide open and it was a beautiful fall day. The crowd was friendly but not loud. Perfect!!
