I do not normally stay in a hotel as expensive as this however we were hoping it would have an amazing view due to it location near Teton Park. I am sure it does but certainly not from our room. They certainly were not at capacity so I do not understand why you would book anyone in this room. Service in the restaurant was not good either. The food did not have any flavor and we had to get our servers attention the few times we needed something. There were only two other tables seated so not busy. Would not consider going back.

This lodge really reminds me of old Jackson. The woodwork is rustic and beautifully done. The hospitality is great, with a nice little bar and nightly refreshments including awesome cookies. The staff is friendly, but they don’t hover. The pool is the nicest hotel pool I’ve ever seen. Great place for families if you want to get a flavor of old time Jackson Hole!

Let me say, I'm being generous when I gave it a 3. Everyday the housekeeping staff would not fill the towels, hand towels, and wash cloths properly. ever gave replacement wash cloths. Never did they give you more paper cups and more coffee. The breakfast for bacon and eggs for.me and my wife had fruit, almost $60.00. The staff were always asking you how you were and in that way, very attentive. The best thing about this Lodge is location. The next is kind employees. Also you get a little surprise at then end of you stay and that is a seperate tax bill. It adds about $36.00 a day to your stay. The rooms were ok. The bed was firm, the pillows weren't that comfortable. For my $1500.00 dollar stay was so.e mountains which was nice and many old air conditioning units right outside my window. What is this Motel 6? Try harder guys.

I suppose I got good value because the location is very good and I didn't pay much. That said, I received very poor service. It took three tries to speak to a manager. My food orders were wrong on several occasions. They forgot to clean the room. Generally, attitude wasn't great amongst staff. There are practically no Covid precautions, which bugged me because they don't let you take breakfast from the buffet back to the room (so how do you eat if you don't want to sit in a big dining room with other people). The bed/linens were clearly really cheap. It's a good call if you're looking to be near the mountain at a good price. Don't overpay here though.
