Woodbridge offers 2 bedroom apartments in Farmingdale. There are no 1 bedrooms. We have 2 plans. 1. Plan A is $1273/month with a maximum gross income of $43,400 for a household of one, or $52,080 for a household of 2. 2. Plan B is $1536/month with a maximum gross income of $49,600 for a household of one, or $59520 for a household of 2. The apartments are exactly the same. We are an affordable community for 62 and older.

Good morning Cheryl, here's the response: Though there is not a pool on-site at Woodbridge, residents of other locations such as this one are permitted access to the in-ground pool at Riverhead Landing! It's a nice bonus feature, and we encourage you to utilize it. Dear Ruth, This year the pool was closed due to COVID-19 safety protocols however historically the pool has been available to all residents during normal posted hours 7 days a week with a lifeguard present. There are only 2 bedroom units that are either Plan A is $1342 a month with a maximum gross income that cannot exceed $53,220 for a household of 2 ( $44,350 for one person). Plan B is $1627 a month with a maximum gross income that cannot exceed $60,780 a year for a household of 2 ( $52,220 for one person). There is a wait list that can take up 12 months. First floor apartments may take a bit longer. I suggest filling out an application to be placed on the list if interested.
