I’m moving into Springbrook of Chatham. I must say Jaime Wood the Property Manager has just been wonderful. I can’t thank her enough for being so helpful making this a pleasant experience.

its 3 years i am renting in 575 Main street Springbrook community ,very happy with stay kids friendly , affordable , short term lease , clean and most important is service repair . Kyle and Anathony (Tony) from maintenance team is very responsive and helpful. even in off hours they are available to fix any service issues. i remember in covid time .2021-2022 , Kyle and Anathony works round the clock , taking risk at there life . they took all precautions to serve residence here. hats off to them . highly recommended

Overall, we enjoy living here for the spacious apartment, allowance of our dog, and the close proximity to everything we need. I’ve lived at Springbrook for several years and have consistently had a positive experience with Tony when submitting maintenance requests. He is not only helpful but warm and friendly, making a point to wave or say hello to me and my family anytime he sees us.

The management at Springbrook at Chatham is pretty much faceless. I receive e-mail from “the management” but no one since the original property manager Maggie, when this group took over about 5 years ago, has ever walked around and introduced themself or selves. They do not sign the e-mail that goes out to all the residents. So, I don’t know the current manager. I have known Kyle for as long as he has worked here and he is always friendly and willing to help. Kyle and Anthony are the Dynamic Duo and are quick to respond and take care of any issues or problems I have had. They are usually seen around the property or working or running to the other property to yet another task. This place keeps these two incredibly busy fixing one issue after another.
