Worst experience ever. Crew could care less about the customer. Order taker was on speakerphone while taking my order...all three orders were wrong...pop machine not working...frankly this store might as well close. If this is the best they can do...forget it.

This has to be one of the worst fast food experiences I have ever encountered. I walked in with my husband and 4 children and the place was empty. There were three people working two women and one man. We started to try to order our food. After ordering 2 of the meals, the woman taking our order turned to her co-workers and started venting and complaining about clocking out because there were too many people working. Something about labor laws. She made it clear she didn’t want to be there. I almost left at that point and I wish I had. She vented to the workers in the back for several moments and then returned to the counter. She proceeded to take more of our order while stopping to complain and vent to the people she worked with. When it was time to pay she said the register wasn’t working and walked away. I was left standing there wondering what to do. She called a man up to the register and he pushed some buttons so I was able to pay. I paid and proceeded to wait thinking I would be given my receipt and our drinks etc. I waited for several minutes because everyone had walked away from the counter. A woman came back and said “can I help you?” I asked for a receipt because I wanted to fill out a survey about my experience. I got my recipe however the top half of it didn’t print therefore I wasn’t able to fill out the company survey because it needed a code from the top of the receipt. When we got our food 3 meals were incorrect. We also still didn’t have our drinks. My husband went back up to the counter and ask for our cups and they said they had to do the drinks in the back. (There was one of the red coke machines that you can customize your drink however it had no sign that it wasn’t working) we weren’t told that it wasn’t working when we were ordering therefore when they came back with drinks we had a random mix of sprites and cokes. My husband’s frozen drink was so gross he ended up throwing it away. While my children were eating, the woman in the back who took our order was using foul language. When we first tried to sit down we had to clean a table off because there wasn’t a single table clean that didn’t have food on it. Also, my husband said his whopper tasted disgusting like the food had been sitting there for hours. At this point we just wanted to get our kids and leave. My daughter used the restroom there wasn’t soap and the toilet paper dispenser wasn’t stocked. Over all, most horrible experience.

I guess the speakers don't work at the drive thur. I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes and no one said anything, there was no sign that stated the speakers were broken. 3 people ordered in the other lane before I just drove pass and got in line. Then they lady said my order just came up, that was a lie. I ordered at 1230 and it's 105pm, now I got to sit in the parking lot and wait another 10 minutes.

Absolutely the worst location I've ever been to between Canada and US. Stopped at Love's across the street overnight. Lady inside was very obnoxious. Left without ordering. Did not look very clean either.
