Did a grubhub pick up order. It was quick easy and no issues. The sub was good. I got the Reuben on whole grain. It tasted exactly as I expected the texture was good. I was a few minutes late so it was Luke warm not hot as expected but the fries were cold. I mean really cold. But they were still pretty tasty for cold fries so not too hateful but they still do something to keep pick up orders warm. The fries shouldn't have been that cold.

I love Penn station, but this location at the end of the night is horrible. I order a 12' chicken teriyaki no onion no mushrooms and ended up getting a 12-inch chicken teriyaki soaked loaf of bread. Then try to make it out as if I'm tripping cause I ask for it remade. But settle for just some fresh bread so I didn't have to wait another 15 ta 20 minutes. If I could have given 0 stars I would have due to the service of this location. And the fact they basically Made me feel as if they was calling me a lair.

I ordered an original cheese steak with mushrooms, onions, mayo, mustard, lettuce and tomato with a medium fries. My sub was hot and french fries were hot & crisp. The sub was prepared as requested and quick. Over all my experience was good. The only constructive feedback I can give would to greet customers as we enter the restaurant. There was a delay in greeting me and taking my order when I entered the restaurant I waited 6 minutes before someone acknowledged me took my order although I was the only person in line.

Been some time since I've partaken a meal at this Penn Station location. They aim to please and that they did. The cheesesteak I ordered was plentiful for the price I paid and's the flavors exquisite. Fresh cut fries had amazing flavor and the staff team was very courteous and friendly.
