The hotel was nice. You can tell the rooms have been heavily used and in some cases, don't seem to be fixed. Just minor things, like a hook that's coming out of the wall. The staff is very friendly though. Pool is also small, maximum depth is 4ft.

The rooms are kept clean as well as the community areas. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fresh with a large variety of foods.

This place is bizarre. Whoever built this place did not care because the wiring in the rooms does not make sense to what turns on and doesn't. The beds are so high off the ground for some reason. The entire construction of the hotel does not make any bit of sense. We also did not like breakfast starting at 7:30. That's a personal preference, but I feel like most hotels start at 6:30. Definitely a 2 star hotel for a reason.

Disgruntle Dave

We spent 4 nights at this location because it was convenient to an event in Dayton we were attending. All opportunities/problems during our stay were a direct result of no housekeeping services (clean towels, rubbish emptied, etc) being provided any day during our stay (We did request daily housekeeping services at check-in / filled out a card). These opportunities were brought to the attention of the Front Desk each evening, but nothing changed during the stay, and when I ask for the name of a supervisor, I was told by the Front Desk they were not allowed to provide that information. All in all a very disappointing visit from a hotel chain I have come to trust for their ability to provide clean rooms and first rate amenities consistent responsive services
