Luv spectrum. Sad they don't include providing services to security cameras. I feel Verizon trying to take over. Staying with spectrum.

If your building allows the Technician to drill the wire outside of the window for service that are located outside, or in the hallway for services that are located inside of the building in the stairwells. Then yes you can have Spectrum Services. Inquire with your building superintendent, or your neighbor.
Yes as JC says, this location is a technician base location only.
