CT Braces - New Haven has pretty good service. I'm delighted that they have moved to this new location, more spacious and much better parking. The staff a usually very friendly and Dr. A is really nice and courteous to us.

Overlong wait. More communication about insurance coverage (for a preliminary consultation, mind you). Despite being referred to twice in her presence as son’s mom, correcting her when she called me “Grandma”, she called me grandma three times. I told her if she did it again, I would leave. Intake questioning was repetitive but left many unasked questions that I had to push to provide; poor attention to detail. Limited Sat hrs. Orthodontist seemed knowledgeable.

Hello, we offer free consultations so we can diagnose exactly what the patient needs. The fees are based on what the patient needs, for example, how long the orthodontic treatment will last and what we need to do to correct the patient's teeth.
