This location is so much better than the one on Richmond Ave. It was busy but the staff keep things moving. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The Tech and PA that i saw were both extremely attentive. You can tell they care about their patients here. Excellent staff.

Tablet checking up is pretty much annoying for patients who need to see a doctor urgently. Plus. I saw young Physicians' assistant instead of a doctor and she diagnosed the wrong way I ended up walking into the PCP office the other day. WHAT IS WASTING TIME

If you need to get free covid test then go to the test station at the georges ferry in staten island. I actually used my insurance but there are many places offering free testing? Where do you live which area exactly i might be able to help you with that infoi went to citymd clinic but also went twice to the ferry in staten island it was free

No you can walk in. I walked in it is very organized and nice staffduring weekdays it is not crowded at all. But weekends like previous comment mentioned go early. They are very organized we were about 10 ppl waiting and only spent 15 minutes waiting ...inside.. sitting down. They have the self check in you enter in your info through the machine and the nurse calls you in few minutes to makes necessary copies of your Id and insurance card
