Everyone back at the pharmacy acts like there doing you a favor. My insurance will only use CVS. They need to have a corporate rep go in and have a talk with all employees

I broke my arm 5 days ago. Had it surgically repaired yesterday. I am still waiting for this CVS pharmacy to fill a pain med prescription they received 5+ DAYS AGO from the hospital emergency department! Their lack of concern about the situation was breathtaking. My advice, AVOID this pharmacy.

There are no signs that point to where the COVID-19 testing is done it is extremely unclear. To get a real person on the line is one of the toughest experiences I have had with CVS. There needs to be a number where you can contact the store directly without going through the automated prompts that are impossible to get through. Please managers if you are reading this review, please try and call the store yourself in the different departments and see how easy it is. Also I had arrived at 1:20 PM to a 1:15 pm covid test. It was raining extremely hard out and so it took five extra minutes. I was told that I could not go back to the back as everyone who already does the Covid testing left to lunch. This was easily one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had, trying to get something simple done such as a gosh darn COVID-19 test.

Not the best, but not the worst CVS. Went to pick up some prescriptions at the pharmacy and had a very long wait. After I picked up a couple other items I needed and they had everything at great prices. The staff was friendly and the pharmacist was helpful giving a quick run down of the meds I picked up. Also the store was clean and well organized. I recommend this CVS but the wait times at the pharmacy could be a little better.
