Not a safe place!!! My wife and myself are long term residents. Just last week another resident and his son pulled their guns on us and other residents. The 2 were arrested and bailed out. The office has done nothing about getting this resident out of the campground. As soon as we find another place we are leaving.

We enjoy this campground. People are friendly, pool is nice but no other amenities for families. We stay here with our Thousand Trails Membership so getting a spot with sewer was impossible for us. Our 40 foot rig fit with our truck & car. We had 30amp, with water but no sewer. It's a 10 minute drive to Flagler Beach & 4 minutes to Publix.

I made reservations on line in Feb. for the Bulow rv resort, for 3 nights starting March 15. We had a standard site reserved with full hookup, arrived and was assigned site 150. We go to that site and it is in a mud hole with no sewer hookup, went back to the office the lady says they have no sites available with full hookup, she says you must have booked online you should have call here to book. She could have cared less and said I can give you a full refund. I got the refund and will never book with encore again as the online reservation is good for nothing. The camp ground office does not check online and just book sites as you call. No way to run a camp ground. Plus the place was a dump.

I should of did my research. 3 star is bad I see. First time here very bad experience drove 9 hours to get here some one was in our spot. It looks like a trailer park with live in. Suppose to be a premium site. I can't tell. No picnic table that has to be requested if they have any available, Customer Service was terrible. I will never come back here. A waste of my money and time...

In February, I rented a cabin with my fiancee. We actually had a great time and thought it was nice until we returned home with bed bugs. Had to throw out a lot of things and clean most of the apartment. Beware...
Im on my 6th year its 820 a month starting October. Goes up about 50$ a year. I own my RV, the lot rent includes power water and sewer with basic cable (if they have a cable box for you) the campground updated all of their cabins to nice park model mobile homes in 2019. And they restructured the cost of the lots. My rent went up 100 dollars. And they don't have a good explanation for it other than corporate said to make it a premium site, even though I have no amenities. And the bar is obnoxious on Friday and Saturday nights and during Bikeweek/Biketoberfest. Nothing has been updated in the park in the last 2.5 years despite the almost $300 a month increase in rent from 2018.
You will definitely fit, as we stay there in our 41 foot rig. Now if there is availability, you would have to contact them, but I do know a lot of seasonals are leaving at different points in April.

Don't work well. Slight chance of getting box
You need to ask the office
The cabin rentals are for 2 weeks at a time. You can leave for a week and return for 2 more weeks. I was there last month and that was the rule.
Better call the office

Pet friendly yes people friendly NO
The park fared very well you will be fine
I don't think the state will allow you to stay in a campground more then 30 straight days. But it is cheaper by the week then by the day for 7 days
