Sad day. Have citizenship paper to marriage cert and an UPDATED FINALIZED GOVERNMENT ISSUED SOCIAL SECURITY CARD to do a simple name change on my wife's license and the tax collector clerk says they cannot do the name change so i guess if u have an official SSC from your GOV they can't help. Good thing they weren't busy. Sad always had a helpful experience.

Security officer was extremely friendly. He would ask individuals the reason for there visit and confirm documents needed. Knowing if you have all the required documents upfront is a time saver. DMV staff was friendly and professional. Only took 15 minutes to process 5 tags renewals.

Always quick and easy here! No matter what I've come to this location for I always have a good experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The location is always clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this Flagler County Tax Collector office!

Brought my elderly mother for her Florida ID. From the security on, it was a good memorable experience. Our clerk wasn't happy with Moms first photo and shot another which is one of her finest. Special kudos to the Security officer and his expertise with people and help with Mom during our visit.

If you're just doing an address change to your current Florida ID, you will need two pieces of mail with your name and current address. Examples of documents you can use can be: Mortgage Closing Document Rental Agreement Utility Bill (Water, Electric, Cell Phone, etc) Bank Statement Credit Card Statement Etc Again, you will need two of these documents to show proof of current address. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call our office at 386-313-4160.
You do not need an appointment as we are first come first serve. Yes. Assuming you have a current Florida license with a gold star, you can get a new license for a name change due to marriage. You will need to ensure you have changed your name with Social Security first and then come in with your original marriage license to do the name change. If you have any questions, please call our office at 386-313-4160.
1. A picture ID. A driver license or state-issued identification card is perfectly acceptable. 2. A copy of a training document or other certificate that confirms that you are proficient with a firearm. Veterans can submit a DD Form 214 reflecting honorable discharge from military service. 3. A personal check, cash, cashier's check, or money order. Customers may also pay by credit card or debit card (convenience fees apply). 4. If you have ever been arrested, you should bring certified copies of the court documentation reflecting the final disposition of the charge(s) filed. 5. If born outside the United States, or if you are a permanent legal resident alien, you will need to bring official documentation that confirms citizenship status. 6. If you are uncomfortable typing on a computer to complete the application, please feel free to bring a friend to assist.
Yes you can go to either office the one in Flagler Beach or Palm Coast
Yes. You can take the CDL tests at any of our three locations.
The short answer is "yes" but there are caveats depending on the situation. If you have an existing endorsement from another State (other than Alabama), the endorsement is reciprocated in Florida. If you do not currently have an endorsement, you will need to complete the Basic RiderCourse (BRC) through a FRTP authorized sponsor first and then bring the certificate of completion in with you to get the endorsement on your Florida driver's license. You can visit https://www.flhsmv.gov/driver-licenses-id-cards/motorcycle-rider-education-endorsements/ to get specific requirements or call our office at 386-313-4160 if you have any other questions.
As we are first come, first serve, there really isn't any time of the day that's better than others. If you're needing driver's license or title work, you'll need to physically come into the office. If you're needing to do your annual vehicle registration or pay your property taxes, these transactions can be handled at our walk-up windows.
We apologize for the late reply but, unfortunately, our offices were closed yesterday due to mandatory staff training. For future questions regarding office closures, please visit our website https://www.flaglertax.com as we keep that site up to date with any office closure notifications.
Our fax number is 386-313-4161
Yes you can. With the exception of driver road testing and HAZMAT fingerprinting, we are open to all Florida residents.
Without knowing the specifics as to the status of the title (i.e. out of State title, if there is a lien holder involved, if it's electronic or paper, etc), it would be best to call our office at 386-313-4160 to get an answer to your question. Please keep in mind that our offices are closed for Memorial Day and we will re-open on Tuesday.
Property Taxes are due no later than March 31st. Per Florida Statute you receive discounts if you pay them prior to this date. 4% if paid in November, 3% if paid in December, 2% if paid in January, 1% if paid in February and no discount if paid in March. If you have any questions, please call 386-313-4160.
I checked FLHSMV Website, which allowed it, called the FLHSMV CS number which allowed it, Texted FLHSMV FaceBook Messenger that said yes. Was told 64 out of the 67 are in county tx offices who are paid agents under contract to do DL&MV work for people of the state.YOUR site 2wks ago had a question about getting DL Reinstatement. You said yes but never said Flagler only. Why? He couldn't wait 8 days for the next appt. We drove up there to get his DL back, only to be told he had to live there. I'm going to contact the FL State Inspector Generals office to find the correct answer or fix the mass misinformation that exists to upset, frustrate and inconvenience the residents of Florida, except for those who live in Flagler County.

For the Flagler Beach branch, we only allow a certain number of people to sit in the main lobby. You may have seen another waiting room in the back on the left. Is this what you were referring to when you mentioned it looking like a class in progress?

You need to take a concealed carry class from a certified instructor. Bring your certificate and i.d. to 2525 moody Blvd, flagler. It'll cost somewhere around $115 bucks, I got it a bit cheaper, but that is the generally price range
