I luuuve Urby! It’s like a mini U.N. There are Eastern Europeans, Italians, Latinos from various countries etc. Everyone is very friendly. The management offers several community activities every month. The management is also very friendly and responds to any concerns quickly. Maintenance does an A+ job keeping the place clean. The views of NYC and the Verrazano bridge are spectacular !

Very racist and bias to minorities seeking to rent in this dilapidated and overpriced roach motel. They try their best to keep minorities out even if they are good clean working class individuals. They post prices that are fake to attract people and then they inform you it is a mistake but that they have another expensive unit out of your budget for a couple more thousand AFTER YOU PAY A 280$ applications fee. They have been allowed to get away with these discriminatory practices for 8 years now. In a minority community! How can you be racist in Stapleton?!!

They don't have any 3 bedroom apartments the biggest size is a two bedroom and the prices are posted on the website
There is minimal street parking on Front street near the building, and the lot between the Urby buildings is almost always full.
