Not one person cared about the patients, not one person came to see what help the patients needed all day, and I don't understand why there are such bad nursing homes.

Recent visit. My relative asked to go pee. I asked an aid to help. She said it takes 2 staff to help my aunt into the restroom. I was told she can pee in her diaper. I thought the aid is paid to help residents.

The communication in this organization is extremely underwhelming. One person doesn't know what the other person is doing.Why would you put your loved ones here?
