Let me tell you how much I appreciate this current staff that they have employed at this location. It seems to be mainly girls and I always take the drive through to order... But these girls are always so cute and they always have their nails done cute and they always make me feel good and take care of me properly. I really appreciate them in this crazy world. Kudos to management

One of the staff members, an older woman with blonde hair working at 10:50 was SO RUDE. She was upset my friend & i had 2 seperate orders even though the person who took our order had no problem with it. While we were waiting for our change, she said to her coworker

My mom has been sick and this morning treated herself to Dunkin. She ordered through door dash and this is what she received. She ordered a bagel with cream cheese. No cream cheese was wiped off of this. Looked like they ran out and just went with it. I eat at dunkin multiple times a week, and will no longer visit this location. I know it’s something so small but it ruined her morning.
