On 9/27/2022 at 6pm,The girl named Ashely who just joined as the front desk says she's replacing Danielle, 1. lost the keys of the package room 2. has No clue on how to use the computer 3. tried to lie to me that the system doesn't search for package codes lol? It's not my 1st day living here. She's not just having an attitude but also a lack of working ethics. And her Manager Miguel Garcia who claimed that he had trained everyone doesn't know how to use the system either. While Danielle is able to help me get my packages within 2 minutes every single time with a super helpful and friendly manner. Ashely and Miguel were just here to waste my time. Especially Ashely who just lost the package room keys and still behaved extremelly rude towards me coming from nowhere. She ruined my whole day, I strongly against Ashely to be the front desk of my home and hope the management office reconsider her hiring decision.

I am a current resident living in 90 Columbus. However, I cannot find it on the map and I have to leave the review under 70 columbus, but 50/70/90 are under the same management team. If I could give this apartment a zero star, I will. The only advantage of this apartment is close to PATH, and that's it. The apartment sits at the intersection of Marin Blvd and Columbus Dr, which means this is a very very busy road and you will hear loud fire stuck and police coming by at least 5 times each day. Not to mention weekend farmer's market live music or motorcycles passing by in the midnight. If you want to live in a quiet place, this is definitely not your choice. The apartment itself is made with cheap materials. Just before the day we moved in to the apartment last year, the management office informed us there was a serious water leak in the building and our apartment was among these affected ones. They said you could use bathroom in other vacant apartments. However, one hour later they said unfortunately there was no vacant apartment in this building and you have to bear a big trash can sitting in your bathroom. It took them a whole week to repair the water leak and repaint walls. Also, there were a lot of scratches on the wall and dirty toilet when I moved in, which means they didn't go through the cleaning process after last tenant moved out. AC is super noisy and useless. I have to keep AC on all the time during winter time but I still feel cold. It can never be fixed by the maintenance team. Electric bill is around $200 during these month. The wall is super thin and you can nearly hear every word from your neighbors. I do not live at an end unit, which means I will hear sounds from neighbors on both sides. Not to mention your neighbor plays loud music, invites tons of friends coming for party in the midnight. The apartment building is insecure as other reviewer mentioned. The doorman is only responsible for receiving packages, asking delivery guys to sign, and that's it. It also takes them a day to organize packages received during the daytime. Also, 90 Columbus lobby is full of unpleasant smells, it is a mixture of sewer and trash can smell, and you will see a lot of dead lattenfly on the ground.

looked at the reviews here, can’t believe this property is still functioning. Not only the management issues, but more serious about the quality.

As many have stated, the room quality is poor. The walls are thin. The floor boards easily come undone. The windows and AC units allow cold air in during the winter, which certainly inflate utility bills. I lived at 70 Columbus for 3 years and the closeness to the PATH train, restaurants/bars on Newark Ave, and NYC are definitely appealing to residents. However, the poorly constructed units and inconsiderate staff really take away from living there. Also, as others have stated, the security in the building is pretty poor. The front door staff doesn't check out who is entering the building - at least not like they do in buildings in NYC. There also were a number of units broken into while I lived there, which was really upsetting. The building needs to put cameras either on the floors or investigate better who comes and leaves affected floors.

No it's not. Have to pay a parking fee
I never really had a missing package issue
Not at all. Used to live in Fidi and it is so quiet here that it actually feels super weird
