Place was good, bathrooms were not cleaned. Bartender and security personel, HORRIBLE!!! Rude, insufficient. When they got to the place, they didn’t even introduce themselves. They were bossy and disrespectful. Bartender brought alcohol, for sale. Never even asked me if it was ok to do so. Party was supposed to finish at 1:00am, then clean up and go. By 12:45 security, started yelling at everybody, time to gooo!!! 80% of people were teenagers. I hate giving bad reviews, but this time, it earned it.

Worst place ever to rent owner made me and my Guest very Uncomfortable I was ok with the place being small I just didn’t appreciate how me and my Guest were treated I would never rent there again!

$599.00 is the price that everyone is charged unless you are asking for more than 7 hours, that is extra cost of 100.00 per hour. 99% of the host love the fair treatment and the place is immaculately clean.
