They're closed, and are closed for short hours during the Christmas week.

Does this La Fitness has a handicap bathroom or is the staff using it and saying they do not have a handicap bathroom?

The women's locker room has a bathroom stall equipped for handicapped. There is no specific bathroom or locker room for the handicapped.
