Do NOT move here. Pay rent else where. Pay rent where they care about the tenants. Management is rude as well as the property manager. They really need to learn how to talk to their paying tenants in a nice manor. Everyone in the office has the absolute terrible customer service skills. Read all the bad reviews because they’re 100% l When you call maintenance and a woman name Wanda answers…(Helen Kim) she speaks English but cannot understand or do her job properly. She has worked for fresh meadows for over 20 years. she is extremely rude and not professional. She will hang up the phone on you. The way she speaks to tenants is absolutely disgusting and discriminating. She should she be fired for discrimination against tenants. She discriminates against sick and mentally I’ll people. Which is absolutely not right. Attached are photos of her. Many people have issues and complaints about this women. She has absolutely terrible customer service skills and discriminates against disabled and old people . She should not be working in that office. She should be fired or retire

Where do I start? 186th Lane is often abandoned by the landscapers. There is no grass so I am unsure why they mow the dirt. I have to rush to close the windows because it becomes a dust storm and I've had furniture full of dirt if the window is open. Below is a pic from what we wiped off the ottoman. I've seen them throw grass seed on hard packed earth. This has been an ongoing problem for years. Gravel placed over dirt where grass used to be. Yet I've noticed the same can't be said near management office or on the main road 188th street. It looks very well maintained. The buildings are not secured. Tenants often leaving sticks in doors because they don't want to use a key. Which leads to stolen packages, door mats being stolen, graffiti and random people I haven't buzzed in knocking on my door that I do not know. If it rains hard the street floods and it gets worse every year. It would help if the mud, trash and gravel wasn't the grates in the street so water can go down. It backs up which then causes water to shoot out of the toilet. BTW we called maintenance and no one showed up. The spurting toilet resolved itself once the heavy rain and flood ceased. If you call security regarding a noise complaint or second hand smoke... don't hold your breath. And dealing with management is frustrating to say the least. This place has gone downhill. Especially since 2020. Do yourself a favor. Look elsewhere.

No problem! And yes that is for garage.

Hello, I'm thinking of renting here. Is it easy to park your car in the lot? If not, is it easy to find street parking? How much are garages if available?

How much for 3 bedrooms at 118th and 69thave

It depends on the turnover of the apartment. The three story building rents are less than the duplex apartments. I don't think three story building apartments are $3000. Typical al 3 bedroom duplex can be around $2500 or slightly more or less depending on turnover
