I live here and enjoy it ! They have boat docks and you can catch alot of fish. Lot rent is very affordable in this 55 + community. People here are very friendly and look out for each other.

Yes, your aloud one pet. There are restrictions as to what breed of dog you have and I think it's a 50 lb limit. Hope this helps. I'm just a resident not the manager.
I'm not sure if anything is for sale at the moment it seems to me they're always is or at least a trailer pad available. It is very inexpensive monthly fee!
