I started going to Sunriver when it was named Bright point. I had a therapist for a few months. She left and never let me know she was leaving. No one followed up. I went back several months later. I was assigned to Rani Wilbur Smith. She walked with me through my husband’s cancer journey for a year and a half. I never missed an appointment. She was very professional and we did good work together. The day my husband was buried, I went back to the office only to find that she was gone. Nobody bothered to call me to tell me there would be changes.I am still trying to recover from this. I had no closure. I was very surprised that an organization can operate that way. Someone called me several weeks later to match me with another therapist. We made a virtual appointment. They never called me. Several weeks later I was called by Angela, a receptionist to ask me if I canceled four appointments that someone booked me for. No one ever called me for any appointments. I would never go back there. They lost an excellent provider, and a client. Too bad!!! I would never recommend that place to anybody!

The front doors at 2510 westchester sq. Building gets locked after 2:45pm or 3:00pm. The building security leaves.My kids appointment is scheduled after the front doors get locked. Then when the receptionist finnally opens the doors. The therapist says we are too late. When we had been locked out. Then calls me irate.Refused to see us. After I was banging on the door. Then told that I was not on time. Yet the building doors were locked. A family came after and was seen. It is so frustrating.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME. This Place causes anxiety. Should NOT be considered for mental health. Should be shut down.

This place is ALWAYS crowded & the wait time even with an appointment is always 1 1/2 & better. They have no respect for the patients time.
