Excellent stay. Nice staff, clean rooms, updated finishes - carpet - appliances etc., directly across the street from a great mall, located close the interstate for easy travel in Asheville, amazing shower head pressure. Overall great stay! FYI - If you are driving a lower vehicle, look at the pics of the exit, that may give you a little trouble. It's common for the area due to the terrain, but drive higher ground clearance vehicles if you have them.

Positive: The bed was clean and comfortable. Staff at front desk were pleasant. Close to Blue Ridge Parkway and Biltmore. Negative: Road noise. Lots of kids. Room was smelly, like cigarettes and stale food. Could not find take-out nearby, so walked to Hilton and had a fabulous drink and dinner (stay at the Hilton if you can).

Overall I enjoyed my stay here back in Feb 2022. The bed was too firm for me but it wasn't as hard as a rock either. The room and bathroom had a nice modern look to it and was clean but you do hear a lot of noise if you are close to the elevators. The hot tub was massive to point you could swim in it like a pool. The breakfast was ok, I really liked the omelets but the turkey sausage did not taste good (I've had way better). I liked that the workers kept replenishing the food. The cinnamon rolls were not good either (even when fresh), I would have preferred waffles or pancakes. I like that coffee is kept out to use anytime and you can get water in the gym area for your water bottles. The hotel is close to restaurants and shopping which is convenient and the parking area seemed safe.

I would have rated better as the staff were nice and the room was nice. But the breakfast fair was only so-so. Not "real" scrambled eggs. But they had a nice pancake maker. The pool was also not open yet. Guess not heated. And they were in some kind of dispute with vendor and vending machines were ALL out of order.
