Completely disgusting is all I have to say, the driving is horrible, I do not recommend anyone to come here, my appointment was scheduled at 10:45 I was notified to go before around 10:15 and it is 12:35 I haven't even been called disrespectful yet to waste your time like this. The facility is disgusting the staff is not entirely to blame but they don't rush either, the waiting room horrible messy.

Very very bad service on this site. My appointment was 12:45. I waited a half hour. and they didn't call me. And then I saw that they called the other person who arrived after me. Obviously, I had to ask the receptionist, what happened to the person who arrived after me. And she tells me. That his appointment was earlier than mine, even though I arrived first

The people you meet when you first walk in are a very important part of your business. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. I wish a lot of business owners would keep that in mind when hiring staff. Every DDI I have been to have had women working there who think it's cute to act ignorant. Today was no different. The woman at the window to the right was so loud and crass. I just asked for my referral back so I can go elsewhere.

We usually say around 2 business days, but in reality results typically arrive at your Referring physician's office same or next day.
Dont know didn't see kids when I was there. But they have seating outside xray rooms for people to sit n wait.

Yes, walk ins are welcomed. Appointments are suggested in order to reduce wait time.
