This experience would have been a 1 star except the staff was great. There was nothing wrong with the service. We were excited to try this place, but we were extremely disappointed. The food was inedible. The soy ginger fried chicken appetizer was incredibly dry and came with no sauce. We ordered several rolls including a special roll and they were all sub par. There was too much rice and the fish tasted fishy and chewy. We had to send it back, which is something I’ve never done, because it was inedible and we did not want to eat it.

gen is my favorite sushi place in BK. lovely ambiance, staff, and food. i highly recommend the omakase sushi set - high quality for a fair price.
