I love this location ❤️ They are always polite and take my order in a timely manner. Food looks great up close, tastes great, and service is always fast and friendly :) I highly recommend this Hardee's

Deceptive priceing on a sliding scale determines cost by what shift you buy the burger. Sign clearly said 7 and some change for the Frisco burger and I was charged 11 and some change because I ordered it on third shift. Sliding scale prices for the same food item is a bad idea especially when the food quality and service is lacking on third shift. Will be going to the 24 hour Mcdonald in the future.

I’m so unhappy with my choice of lunch today. I ordered 2 $5 boxes, one chicken tender and the other cheese burger with onion rings. For starters, I hadn’t been to Hardee’s in a while and I really wanted onion rings. They asked me what kind of sauce for my tenders, and I told the lady honey mustard. I get back to work. I bought lunch for a co worker and realized they never gave me the sauce I asked for. Not only that but no straws for ours drinks. On top of that my onion rings where horrible. Like the were stale as is they’ve been sitting since morning time. I thought maybe it was just an old one from earlier but no, they were all nasty. I called back twice and not one time was I offered for it to be replaced. The woman says, I’ll tell my girls to they need to do better. This was by far the worse lunch experience I’ve had with Hardee’s, never again will I waste my time or money on them. So disappointing. Update: after reading the reviews, It blows my mind that Hardee’s employees are asking for $15 an hour. They don’t even deserve to have a job there. This place is joke.

So, I called to let the manager of Hardee’s there was a hair actually cooked into my egg and cheese. Didn’t ask for replacement nor refund; was letting her know it’s always possible and maybe remind crew to be careful. We drop hair, eyelashes even nose or arm hairs fall, however i received an arrogant tone disclaimer of , “ first of all we don’t have any men working,!” I’m thinking who said a man? Anyways I definitely will never eat or recommend Hardee’s in East Peoria just by the kind of management, it speaks volumes of the kind of service being given. I am retired manager and she should be fired immediately.
