They have multiple locations and we were told they used to be a food truck. Everything is super tasty. We got the Nashville Chicken Sandwich and the Pork Banh Mi. Both super tasty and just depends what flavors you’re looking for. Dirty fries are also tasty if you’re super hungry. We loved the fried sage and pork cubes, super savory and tasty. Sandwiches are very large, so pretty shareable if you want to order a few and swap/try them all. Downtown location is a bit tricky for parking (but not too far from Powell’s Books), but worth it if you can trek there or go to their other locations with better parking.

Very good place for port related food dishes. My favorite was the macaroni salad which includes ham and pineapple. Parmesan fries are okay. Banh mi pork meatball sandwich is really good.

Delicious unique flavors. Fries were great. I had the Pho-rench dip which was fantastic. And my wife had the meatball Banh MI. It was very fresh tasting and excellently made. Couldn't have been happier.
