I just love that there ARE CAMERAS at every access point INSIDE the building. I have been renting here since 2018 and my belongings have always been safe. Also love the new secure fence and gate that you have to enter your code to access. Top notch!

Online signup for space and auto billing makes this an easy place to store your stuff. Facility is clean, well lit, and feels safe, even at night. Carts are available while the office is open, but plan to bring a dolly of your own if you’ll be there after hours.

This facility is poorly run and you may pay the price for it on your own behalf. Upon my most recent visit to my storage unit, I found that the general entry door to the facility didn't even require the access code. When I got to my unit, I found the lock to be tampered with and it to be ransacked (thousands of dollars in losses) as well as no staff present in the office to assist with damage control. Now I have a unit that can't be locked, an office that isn't attended and a company phone number that is unresponsive. Highly recommend you avoid this location and honestly this storage unit company altogether. There's enough of them out there that you shouldn't have any trouble finding one that isn't this poorly managed or negligent.

My experience so far with this extra space location has been great. Kate and Jonas made the move in process very easy and explained everything super clearly in terms of move in and move out. Everything is clean and felt very secure. I was always able to grab a cart if needed to move things from my car and it was super easy for our movers to park in the loading/unloading zone. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of storage space!
