I've been going to Dr. Chris for about a month now for a gym-related neck/upper back injury, and within a couple weeks, I was already noticing a big improvement in the pain/discomfort that I was initially experiencing. His recommended exercises, along with the manual therapy and electrotherapy, has been extremely helpful in my recovery.
