9/7/22....pretty good process for a mountain aire plant from my experience..u check on across the street from the plant..they check fuel pre cool temp and cleanliness of tlr...u drop and bobtail to wherever u want and wait for a phone call....took about 5 hrs for me....there were 14 bobtails waiting when I got there...they call...u stop sigh bills...hook tlr..cross scale..they seal ...and ur gone..

Most employees were very helpful with shipping and receiving, but the older man that works the drop yard was a complete a$$ for no reason. Insinuated I was stupid and couldn't drive...when I had just pulled in...changed his attitude real quick when he seen a man in in the truck...so I guess it is what it is

I checked in at 12.01 pm and they get me loaded 1.15 pm. Great customer service at checked in window and the lady was at checked in window was also very nice and helpful. Thanx mountaire team
