I had not gotten food from here in a while and past night I remembered why. I ordered from the mobile app because the line is always long. When i first arrived I observed all of employees working extremely slow and not receptive to the needs of the customers. They were conaumed in there conversations and provided poor customer service. I received two tasteless, burnt cardboard box tasting pizza that obviously were in the heater for way too long. I ordered breadsticks and they gave me cheese sticks. I ordered wings and tasted spoiled. Needless to say I will never return and should have returned for a refund but I was too focused on trying to find something else for my family to eat.

The wait is ridiculously long and not hot and ready. :( the last time I ordered, they said that my name was not in the system and I had to wait another hour to have one pizza and breadsticks made. Another time was when I ordered and I waited an hour and a half because they forgot my order. The pizza is not sliced well, and there was barely any sauce on them, and tasted like an old pizza that’s been sitting there. Staff is rude and slow. Do not go to this one anymore, it’s wack

Oh my goodness!!!! I pre-ordered online at 2:30pm for 5 pizzas on a Thursday. I set the pickup time for 6:15pm that evening so I could be at my party at 6:30pm. When I got there at 6:15pm, the pizzas were not completely made yet and I ended up waiting. I got the confirmation that my pizzas were ready for pickup at 6:45pm.

An hour and 40 minute wait for 2 basic pizzas. Giving it a 5 because the staff, only 3 people for a Saturday Night were amazing and working their tail off. They were very kind and constantly updating guests on their order. They definitely deserve recognition. Well done!
