We got new tires on. First time using Walmart Autocare. Four days later notice 2 tires looking really low. While pumping air in the tires we noticed our custom valve stem covers weren’t on. The associates put what they had in a tray back on and not the ones I bought custom for the car which was a Father’s Day gift for my husband ($40). I was really upset thinking why would you not put the customers valve stem covers… their property back properly. I would be careful using this place services. I did call. I had to drive back. I looked in the tray. There was only one of the ones I bought for my husband in the tray. Who knows what car has them. I am upset to their lack of care putting things back. The guy that was helping me had really nothing to say to explain why this happened.

Went and got 2 new front tires yesterday just to notice the person I originally purchased the car from had the wrong size tires all the way around. They fixed the situation and gave me a really good deal, the manager robert is a really good guy! Definitely will go back ❤️
