We want to give this place five star forbthe following reasons. We experienced a roadside emergency around exit 103 with our Tesla. We thought we were out of options since most places don’t service Teslas. When our tow truck dropped the car off at national tire and battery Matthew immediately entered solutions mode and put together a plan to fix our flat tire. He assisted with the entire process in a super timely manner. We sincerely appreciate the excellent customer service and patience with our concerns. We are forever grateful for the staff at NTB!

Great place great service, Debbie at the front desk was very nice and very helpful . All the guys in the shop were extremely quick and efficient. Had a unexpected flat tire and they took care of the situation with no hesitation. Would Recommend anyone in the area with tire troubles to stop by.

I happily write this review. My car shut off on me and I drive a BMW. I just knew I’d have to pay an arm and a leg, but I did not! Michael (he’s amazing) put in a new battery and got me driving within 45 minutes! I discovered as I’m at the red light that my dashboard lights were nit working ( mileage, outside temperature, etc...). Before I even pulled into my driveway, they were calling to confirm that all was well with my car. At this point I mentioned my dashboard. They said bring it in immediately. Michael knew exactly the issue (a fuse) and fixed me right up again! Listen..... you’ve got to try this place. The customer service is exceptional!!!!
