Came all the way from Medina county to find out that they had no doctor scheduled. Feel bad for the young receptionist that showed up. Very unprofessional to not be covered with a doctor. The $ I used in gas obviously won't be replaced. Not pleased at all.

This morning I stopped in for the 1st time. It did not take me long...only waited for one patient before me. Dr. Jason was very personable & nice! The receptionist and the nurse were both polite, too. I was thankful to get in so quickly because my family Dr. Had no openings until about 4:30 Monday afternoon & I was concerned that if I had bronchitis or pneumonia and if it continued getting worse for 3+more days I could be in really bad shape!

walk in with my sick daughter who is crying because she has a bad ear infection. The girl at the window not even nice or even remotely sorry about about anything tells us they stop taking patients it’s 5:30 they don’t close until 6. No where does it say they stop taking patients anytime. Absolutely HORRIBLE service let alone who turns away a crying little girl saying how bad her ear hurts!!!!!! What a joke this place is!!! And for the lady working I hope you get a flat tire!

I appreciate Walk-in Urgent Care because they get you in they are punctual, and my visit today I was given extra information about the medication that most doctors don't do they don't warn you about the bad parts of the medicine they just write you the prescription. Now granted we do go in 4 reasons and those reasons required a remedy to each their own how they choose what remedy to use. I want to thank Dr. Bett for taking the time to inform me of thing's I wasn't aware prior without me asking, and Ashley V. For getting us prepared for our quick visit depending on whats going on! You matter, your important know Jesus & I love ya😁❣
