Need to talk to the person working in the evening. Told him shower #3 drain is clogged did say a word asked for my parking receipt didn't say a word. If you want to keep customers teach your staff what customer service is. It would have been a 0 if possible

This is no longer a Pilot. Pilot owns the fuel pumps and you can get a shower. But the store is quote proud that they no longer accept Pilot rewards points for anything. When it was still a Pilot the restrooms were clean and had soap in the dispensers. This is no longer the case. There is 1 pump bottle of hand soap and it has been refilled many times. No food to be had except over priced packaged junk. My company makes me fuel here and I did receive loyalty points, but the place is nasty inside and out.

I love Pilots/Flying J's generally, but this one is a mess. Small and poorly stocked. Huge hassle over my shower credit, all for about 1 min of hot water, then maybe 90 seconds of warm, then just awful. Flying J, cut this one loose.

Extremely clean! I’m not a big fan of pilot but this location makes me want to change my mind. Biggest thing to a trucker after a long day is a nice clean shower and this place, every single time I’ve been here, has been clean and kept up. 10/10 recommend for your 10 hour break here. Plus the Dunkin’ is pretty decent too 😌
