Not happy with case manager. Scheduled cab to release patient from the hospital. Had talked to her and she knows I would do what I could to assist patient except for certain days. Not pleased with her lack of communication. I talked to nurse and canceled cab release.

i called to get a covid testing so my work can give me paid time off. i did the survey all online to schedule an appointment and to have a nurse call me to talk about my symptoms and to, well, schedule an appointment. i didn’t hear anything back in 24 hrs. i proceeded to call them, only to get a voicemail; stating it can take them 24 hrs or longer to reach me. i thought every medical place is all about covid? trying to slow the spread or something? not that i care, i just want my paid time off. these guys are the worst for getting back to patients.

Went to Urgent Care today, I am only up here for work and came in because I thought I had an ear infection. It turned out that I did. However, when explaining my symptoms leading up to the fact, which were basic symptoms of the common cold, which also happen to be the same for the flu and covid. Yes, I understand precautionary measures of covid. However, when the Physician comes into the room and immediately says to me, "So, you had covid last week and now you think you have an ear infection?" I was absolutely astounded. Who says that? Did the common cold and flu just vanish off the face of the planet? I then said "I did not have covid last week." She proceeded to tell me, "Well, you don't know that." With a bit of attitude. I then told her, "You're right, I don't know that I did, nor do I know that I didn't. So, please don't assume that I had it when neither of us know for certain if I did or not. I am sorry, but you don't just automatically assume that. A COMMON COLD STILL EXISTS!
