No one speaks English in the urgent care department. It is obvious that this place isn't for everyone if the staff cannot communicate with EVERYONE. I go to ask a question about a COVID test and the young lady who came to the door had to use HAND GESTURES and BROKEN LANGUAGE to direct me across the street because she could not speak English. What kind of public healthcare center only caters to a certain group of people? Oh yeah 90% of Paterson businesses 😒

Extremely horrible !!! This place is for the careless!!!!!!!! Ppl shouldn’t put their loved ones here at all !!!! They need to investigate this horror house called Barnet

I would highly recommend that you do not put yor famly members in this place its one of the worst yet should be closed down or the state mayor need to be invold really said they do not like doing they job i would give it double 00 hope that someone please look into this place

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Service is terrible . It took more than an hour just for the reception to copy my information. At that point I still haven’t been seen or called to even recieve my personal info back. I have been sitting here for hours and there is no urgency in this urgent care.
