Drivers don't drive for Smith. My girl and I were in an accident. After being discharged Smith put us in a hotel that was 2.9 miles from the hospital. We were in an area where it was no Uber and Lyft. I went on my phone and saw it was a hotel behind the hospital where it was within walking distance. I call Smith and told them that I found a hotel next to the hospital but Smith told me that they have to go by choice hotels. My girl and I were in a bad accident and we needed to lay down and sleep. It took Smith over 8 hours to put us in the hotel behind the hospital. I got fired bc I had a brain freeze and lost control of the truck. The way Smith treated us was terrible to have us sitting in the hospital after discharge. Smith only cares about their money and trucks they don't care anything about their drivers.
