Some services are open, but yes you have to .are an appointment. If you live inside the city limits you can call 311 for more information or call the department directly

City Hall is not the location for this. You will have to go to the courthouse located one block away from city hall.

Greyhound owns thr bua station, they'd have to fund a new one.
