Horrible place to go for any car parts. They don't listen to their customers AT ALL, 4 times in 1 month I have been given the wrong part for my vehicle & once I got yelled at, umm excuse your rude self lol. Not a good O'Reilly at all in my opinion, drive to Bastrop or to another Auto store and save yourself a headache.

The System

Called to get the price on a steering rack for a 2014 Ford Edge that needed a complete bran new replacement. The guy I spoke with was proper friendly and provided patience and understanding when I was explaining what I was looking for. The price he gave me was exceptional compared to other parts places that put an $800-$1,000 price tag on the part I needed. O'Reillys is the bomb as far as parts and prices go! 10/10 definitely recommend!

Called at 8pm for a part, the employee informed me they had the part and let him know i was on my way to pick it up. Arrived at the store at 845pm lights are dim and doors locked. I called and asked why they were closed if they told me 9pm and i arrived before closing. Them he informs me that he didn't have the part i asked for. Will never go to this location again. I'll drive 30 minutes further to brenham.
