It's a very nice community the only downfall is they raise the rent every year. I started at $380 ten years ago and you have to purchase drinking water. And yet here in 2021 the prices continue to climb, will be updating accordingly. Now 2022 rent continues to soar $600 and climbing and park is now adding water meters for residents to pay for poor water quality. Question to the owners, by adding water meters are you going to provide water that doesn't ruin our appliances? Such as our sinks, toilets and showers and etc. Because the cost of the upkeep alone is expensive and alot of your residents are on fixed incomes. My street lights are still out for about a year now. Owners only care about money and not the residents. Its sad.

Your backyard is public property so anyone can just walk through your backyard and theyre about to start charging for well water that smells like rotten eggs.

My fiance owns the home and management is harassing her and making her followers strict strict community guidelines when other people do the same thing. Not just that but I've lived here 7 months now at my fiancee. They asked for an application. I have it. And wasn't given a reason for denial other than we don't have to have a reason. Less than a 24 hour eviction for me or they were taking my fiance and kids home. I wanna talk to the owner of the park before I have my attorney persue any further

Nice Park. True Country Living. I love how it's out in the Country & there is The Addison Oaks County Park. A Person wether they live at The Woodland Estates Manufacturing Park lives there or is Visiting, etc .. there is lots of Places to Walk or Run or kids to play. People can walk the dog , etcetera Park. There is plenty of Area to Enjoy The Great Outdoors.
