Do not move into this park. You'll get a write up saying you can't fix your own car in your drive way and then another write up for having an oil leak... ignorant. Update: We've moved out of thos park and they charged us $50 for the grass without sending us a notice? Shady business. Save your time and money. Rent is a month behind? Never heard of that.

Two stars just because of the few people that actually try to maintain a clean area/home . A big Zero for the rest of the residents and the owners, for not realizing they live in beautiful Novi. And is not cheap, somebody is not doing their job right.

I have lived here going on 3 years in October. It is very quiet and safe. The management is awesome!! John Vanwingerden is the best. Very nice place to live!
