A cozy restaurant with a small carefully curated menu. The orange tea cocktail was refreshing yet flavorful. Rockfish was tender inside with nice seasonings outside. Catfish appetizer was also delicious with hot tender fish inside a nice crunchy crust. It’s a small place so the wait may be long. If you live nearby you may consider putting down your number and return later.

This is our first time eating dinner here. What a GREAT experience - our server-the atmosphere- plus the food our meal is the best I have had in a long time. The Urban Kitchen has to be our favorite vacation restaurant in Corolla North Carolina . My chicken breast was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My wife’s flounder was flaky with a unique onion sauce on the side.

In the Outer Banks, this restaurant is simply not to be missed. An unsuspecting, tucked away, quaint locale offers locally sourced, high quality food at an extremely reasonably price. As the restaurant is first come, first serve, advise you arrive as soon as it opens for the day so you can nab a seat. You don't want to miss Urban Kitchen!
