If you want modernist novus ordo with a disdain for tradition this is the place for you. The older priest regularly scowls at anyone who decides to veil, and has gone so far as to knowingly shut the lights off on people who stay behind to pray the rosary. St Anthony’s in Ray City is well worth the drive in order to have a priest who actually signed up to be a priest.

They trimmed back a bunch of beautiful trees at the front of the church. Whoever trimmed them did not know what they were doing. Nearly all of the trees died, so they had to cut them all the way down. Poor job at protecting nature.

✨🌟🌠Beautiful, gorgeous, reverent, mass. The sermon was relevant to every day while maintaining our sight upon the holiness of our Lord. Perfect church to visit when in Valdosta to see my son. Perfect church for regular attendance if you are living there now! Special blessing for me that there were other Latinos in town including the Priest himself. Tender mercies from the Father.
