My first time visiting the Toco Hills location which the browsing and shopping experience was wonderful Melissa was very helpful and knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service However my check out experience was just the opposite The male cashier was very rude! He was having casual conversation at the time I approached the register He noticed me there and continued to talk After almost 10 minutes of standing there I had to interrupt their casual conversation and ask if he could check out the 1 item I needed. By the way my husband had already spent Fifty dollars on just plants before I made it to the register. The cashier was not friendly he did not acknowledge me (a paying customer) and he did not thank me for shopping there. The only reason I will return is Melissa was amazing!!!

Good plant selection and knowledgeable staff. A little more expensive than some of the big box stores but sometimes one can find things here that one can't elsewhere.
