First Step Staffing

Good morning I am trying to obtain my W2 from this staffing company please advise.... I have called at least7x with no respond/results🤷

I can't say anything good about first step. They are rude and have horrible attitudes but they swear they are for trying to help people. But want you to be professional so they won't lose their contract They send you out to job sites who think they can treat you any kind of way and talk to you with no respect. Theyy won't pay you for an assignment you worked. Then when you finally snap and give them the chewing out they deserve they just tell you you can't work for them anymore. They're evil.

You have to do the application in person

We are very flexible on hiring individuals with a background. You will need two forms of ID...one either a social security card or birth certificate. We will have orientation on Monday between 9 and 11am at our offices at 236 Auburn Ave, Suite 203.

I do not own first step staffing and I'm no longer an employee there. You would have to contact them. Just to let you know it's a warehouse staffing agency

Office hours are 9pm to 5pm. Get there as soon as they're open because you're required to do an orientation before you can work.

Did you call our main number (404) 577-3395? If you would like to apply with us, we can take new applicants from a referral partner agency Monday - Friday between 9-11am. If you do not have a referral, walk-ins can apply on Monday mornings at 9am.

Unfortunately, we can only hire 18 and older.

Pay start around 9 and goes up to over 12 depending on site and work

Unfortunately, we are not looking to fill any of those positions this week. However, if we have any upcoming orientations in the future for these jobs, we will let you know. We are hiring for a number of other positions this week. Orientation for those take place at 9am at our Auburn Avenue location.

The hours vary by assignment. Typically you need to speak with a job coach and accept an assignment 1st they will let you know the hours at that point.

They do not usually attend job fairs, due to the organization being a non-profit company. The recruiters are there on a volunteer basis, only.

You can come in today between 9am - 11am to fill out a new application. If you have a letter from one of our referral partners, you can come in Tuesday/Wednesday between 9am - 11am as well.

Chris Bell, if you have already filled out an application and have been to orientation at First Step you can go to work. You just have to be sure that you get there by 6:00 am and talk to Mike. He will always be sitting at his desk.

Go to first step and talk to the payroll personnel. They will straighten it out so you can get paid today. If this is your first week working you wont recieve a pay check til next week but if not you should definitely go into the office.
