Yes the office opens at 9am

Did you come to the office on the street level? That is our transportation dispatch center. The main office is located in that building (go through the double wooden doors just down from Transportation), and we are on the 2nd floor (Suite 203). We are open Mon-Fri between 9am and 5pm. New client orientations take place Mon and Tues from 9am - 11am.

They have orientation starting at 9 Monday thru thursday
