I have called three times and have left messages concerning my W-2 with Marsha. I have not received a return yet. It's been 4-5 days. One call last week. Why you can't talk to live human when needed? If u don't want to work then don't work.

I can't say anything good about first step. They are rude and have horrible attitudes but they swear they are for trying to help people. But want you to be professional so they won't lose their contract They send you out to job sites who think they can treat you any kind of way and talk to you with no respect. Theyy won't pay you for an assignment you worked. Then when you finally snap and give them the chewing out they deserve they just tell you you can't work for them anymore. They're evil.
