This place helped me be employed during the pandemic, they had quality people at one point. I'm not sure what happened but they removed a lot of the best staff they had. It's heartbreaking because except for the head manager the staff now is 😐🤷🏾♂️. But they are the largest recruiter out.

If I could give a rating of negative stars for Robert Half in Atlanta I would. No one ever answers the phone. Ever. I filled out all of the necessary paperwork, forms and whatever they asked for, then wasn't contacted anymore. I wasn't told how to use the website to apply for jobs or anything. I've applied for jobs by pressing the apply button but still never hear back from anyone. Everything is done virtual with a staff that doesn't seem to want to work. There are people like me trying to find work and can't get through to a staffing agency to help. What is the point? If the so-called recruiters and staff at Robert Half don't want to work, then shut the office down so people will stop applying to the place.

I have been calling the Cobb office for WEEKS and I have not had anyone calm me back . The only lady I worked with just completely fell off no email responses, no help, not answering the phone. This is crazy then I start asking to speak to other people in the Cobb office , THE SAME THING ! The Cobb office had to be the LEAST helpful temp agency I’ve been through .

Contacted the Galleria Office on 3/8/21. Spoke with Jonathan Oprandy. Explained I wanted to chat about the job market and what else I could do to be more successful in my search. He mentioned he had a call and asked me to forward my resume. I did. NEVER HEARD BACK. No need to speak with a "senior manager" or your "customer service". Just please treat potential candidates the way you require them to treat and engage your clients.
